Virtual and hybrid sessions are supported natively in Eventify. Add a video link to any session and attendees join directly from the session detail page in the app — no separate links, no email chains.
How to access: Dashboard → Content → Schedule → Edit Session → Live Video tab
Attendees open the Eventify app → navigate to the session → tap the Join button or video link on the session detail page.
When ON: the video link is hidden from attendees until the session's exact start time.
When OFF: the link is visible immediately after saving.
Use this to prevent attendees from joining a live stream early or to simulate a live broadcast for pre-recorded content.
Q: What video platforms are supported?
A: YouTube, Zoom, and any custom streaming URL — including Vimeo, Restream, StreamYard, or any direct link that resolves in a browser.
Q: Can I add multiple video links to one session?
A: Yes. One Main Video plus up to 4 additional video links (Other Video1-4). Restrict Start Time only applies to the Main Video.
Q: What if my streaming link changes before the event?
A: Edit the session, replace the URL, and save. Changes are instant.
