1-on-1 meetings are peer-to-peer sessions between two specific attendees — an Organizer and a Participant. Unlike room meetings, they are not tied to a calendar track. They can be initiated by attendees through the event app or pre-created by admins.
In the admin panel, the 1-on-1 Meetings tab shows a table with all peer-to-peer meetings across your event:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | Meeting name |
| Organizer | Attendee who initiated |
| Participant | Attendee who was invited |
| Location | Meeting location (if set) |
| Start Time | Meeting start (in event timezone) |
| End Time | Meeting end (in event timezone) |
| Status | Scheduled / Accepted / Cancelled |
1-on-1 meeting availability for attendees is controlled through the Meeting Settings. Open Settings from the Meetings header and configure availability windows and permissions for the 1-on-1 feature.
