Room capacity is the maximum number of attendees allowed in a meeting room at any one time. Setting a capacity is useful when you are managing a physical space with a physical seating limit, or when you want to cap attendance at virtual breakout rooms.
If you leave the field blank, Eventify does not enforce any capacity limit for that room.
A: Once the room is at capacity, further attendees cannot be added to meetings in that room through the app. Admins can still make changes manually from the panel.
A: Yes. Open the Edit Room modal at any time and update the capacity value.
A: Capacity is set at the room level and applies to the overall room, not per individual slot.
