The Schedule & Send tab of the campaign form controls when your campaign sends and whether it is active. Choose from four trigger types, then activate or save as inactive.
Select one trigger type per campaign:
The campaign sends within 2–30 minutes after you activate it. No additional configuration is required.
The campaign sends a set number of days before your event's start date.
Required sub-fields:
The page displays your event's actual start date and the calculated Tentative Send Date based on your inputs.
The campaign sends a set number of days after your event's end date.
Required sub-fields:
The page displays your event's actual end date and the calculated Tentative Send Date.
The campaign sends on a specific date and time you select.

Below the trigger options, set the campaign status:

Click Save to save the campaign with your chosen trigger and status. A campaign set to Activate with an Immediately trigger will begin processing within 2–30 minutes.
Once a campaign is active or has been sent, all fields in the campaign form lock. You cannot edit the trigger, audience, or email content of an active or sent campaign.
To stop a pending campaign before it sends, use the Inactivate action from the campaign list.
The campaign is saved but will not send. You can activate it later by clicking Activate from the campaign list.
No. Once a campaign is active or has been sent, all fields including the trigger type lock. Create a new campaign if you need a different schedule.
No. Each campaign sends once based on its trigger. To send at multiple times, create separate campaigns with different triggers.
