Why Pre-Create 1-on-1 Meetings?
Pre-creating 1-on-1 meetings is useful when:
- You want to facilitate specific connections (e.g. sponsor-to-attendee introductions)
- You are running a structured matchmaking or speed-networking format
- Attendees have requested meetings in advance via a form or registration
How To Pre-Create a 1-on-1 Meeting
- Go to Meetings → click the 1-on-1 Meetings tab.
- Click the Add Meeting button.
- In the form, assign:
- Organizer — the attendee initiating the meeting
- Participant — the attendee being invited
- Enter the Title, Start Time, End Time, and optionally a Location or Live URL.
- Click Save.
The meeting appears immediately in the 1-on-1 table with a Scheduled status.

A: No. Both the organizer and participant must exist as registered attendees in the system.
