The Contacts section of the Campaign module gives you a full view of everyone in your contact database. From here you can search, filter by status, sort by alphabet or date, run bulk operations, export, and import contacts.
In the Admin Panel, go to Campaign > Contacts.
The Contacts page has four tabs at the top to filter by contact status:

| Confirmed | Contacts with confirmed status |
| Waiting | Contacts on the waitlist |
| Inactive | Deactivated contacts |
Use the Search field to find contacts by name or email address. Results update as you type.
Use the List dropdown to filter contacts assigned to a specific contact list. Select "All" to show everyone.
Click the Added On column header to toggle between ascending and descending sort by the date the contact was added.

When one or more contacts are selected, bulk action buttons appear above the table:

Click the Export button in the top-right area to download an Excel file of your contacts.
Click Manage Groups in the top-right to open the group management panel, where you can create and manage the categories/groups used to segment your contacts.
Confirmed contacts are fully accepted into your list. Waiting contacts are on a waitlist — they can be moved to Confirmed or Inactive via bulk actions.
It indicates whether a contact has opted in to receive emails. This corresponds to the Opt-in/Opt-out value on their contact record.
Yes. First check Select All on the current page, then click the "Select all [n] contacts" link that appears to extend the selection to all pages.
A confirmation is required before deletion. Deleted contacts are removed from your contact database permanently.
Yes. Select the contacts and click Check-in from the bulk actions bar. You can also Check-out using the same method.
