Users can attach downloadable materials to any session — slide decks, handouts, workbooks, or reference documents. Attendees download these directly from the session detail page in the Eventify app, before, during, or after the session.
How to access (admin): Dashboard → Content → Schedule → Edit Session → Files tab
Files are available as soon as the session is saved — attendees can download before, during, or after the session.
Q: Can attendees download files before the session starts?
A: Yes. Files are visible and downloadable as soon as they are uploaded and the session is saved.
Q: Is there a file size limit?
A: Contact your Eventify account manager for file size limits applicable to your plan.
Q: Can I add more files after the session has already run?
A: Yes. Edit the session and upload additional files to the Files tab at any time. They become available to attendees immediately.
Q: What file types are supported?
A: PDF, PowerPoint (.pptx), Word (.docx), and Excel (.xlsx). Up to 5 files per session.
