Eventify provides two editors for designing campaign emails: the Stripo drag-and-drop editor for visual design and the TinyMCE rich text editor for HTML editing. You can start from a pre-built template, clone an existing campaign template, or build from scratch.
Step 1 — Access the Email Editor
- Open the campaign in edit mode (or during creation on the Campaign Info & Templates tab).
- Ensure the Send Email checkbox is enabled.
- Under the template section, choose:
- Clone an existing template → select a template from the dropdown, then click Edit to modify it.
- Create from scratch → opens the editor with a blank canvas.
Step 2 — Use the Stripo Drag-and-Drop Editor
The Stripo editor opens as the primary design interface. Use it to:
- Drag content blocks (text, image, button, divider, spacer, social icons) from the left panel onto the canvas.
- Click any block to edit its content, font, colour, padding, and alignment.
- Upload images in JPG, PNG, or GIF format.
- Preview how the email looks on desktop and mobile before saving.
Step 3 — Use the Rich Text Editor (TinyMCE)
For simpler emails or HTML editing:
- Click the Edit Content button to open the TinyMCE editor.
- Type or paste your email body directly.
- Use the toolbar for formatting: bold, italic, links, lists, headings, and inline HTML.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Step 4 — Use Email Variables for Personalisation
Eventify supports dynamic variables that are replaced with recipient-specific values when the email is sent. Variables are inserted via the template editor.
Common variable placeholders follow the event's data structure (e.g. attendee name, email). Use the Email Variables panel within the editor to browse and insert available variables.
Step 5 — Save the Email Design
Click Save or Done in the editor to return to the campaign form. Your email content is stored and will be used when the campaign is sent.
