Instead of sending a notification the moment you create it, you can schedule it to go out at a specific date and time. This is useful for pre-event reminders, session start alerts, or timed announcements.
Go to Outreach → Push Notifications and click + Create New. Select Push as your notification type.
Complete the image, title, message, audience, and redirect fields as needed (see: How to Send a Push Notification).
Under Send Time, select Schedule. A date and time picker appears.
Choose your desired send date and time. The scheduled time must be at least 5 minutes in the future — notifications set for sooner than that will show a validation error.
Click Save. The notification moves to the Scheduled tab, where it will wait until its send time.
The Scheduled tab shows a count of all pending notifications. From here you can:
Q: Can I schedule a Push + Email notification?
A: No. Push + Email notifications can only be sent immediately. The schedule option does not appear when Push + Email is selected.
Q: Can I change a Push notification to Push + Email after saving?
A: No. The notification type is locked after creation. You would need to delete and recreate it.
Q: What is the minimum lead time for scheduling?
A: Your scheduled time must be at least 5 minutes from the current time.
Q: What happens to a scheduled notification if the event ends?
A: It will still attempt to send at the scheduled time. Delete it manually from the Scheduled tab if you want to cancel it.
Q: Where do I see scheduled notifications after they send?
A: Once delivered, they move from the Scheduled tab to the Delivered tab automatically.
