Q: If I turn off Attendee Profile Share, do existing shared links stop working?
Yes. Disabling the toggle deactivates all existing shared profile links for attendees immediately.
Q: Can exhibitors see attendee emails by default?
Yes, Lead Email Visibility is on by default. Turn it off if your privacy policy or GDPR requirements prohibit sharing email addresses with exhibitors.
Q: Does "Allow Attendees to Message Speakers" affect the speaker's experience?
Yes. When on, a message button appears on speaker profiles visible to attendees. Speakers receive these messages in their in-app inbox.
