The Notification Analytics section tracks subscriber reach — how many devices have opted in to receive your push notifications, how many have opted out, and who specifically has unsubscribed. Use it alongside the Outreach Delivered tab to get the full picture of notification performance.
Go to Analytics → Notification Dashboard in the left sidebar.
Four metric cards appear at the top:

Click the All Notifications tab to see the full list of delivered push notifications — identical to the Outreach → Push Notifications → Delivered tab. Each row shows: notification title, date sent, linked content, total sent, total read, and read rate.
Click the Total Subscribers, Android Subscribers, or iOS Subscribers card to view the device list. Columns shown: Subscriber Name and Device Type.
Click the Unsubscribers card to view the opt-out list. Columns shown: Name and Email of attendees who unsubscribed. The list is paginated for events with large opt-out counts.
Q: Does the Unsubscriber List show device IDs or attendee names?
A: It shows attendee name and email — not device identifiers or tokens.
Q: Why is my Total Subscribers count lower than my total attendees?
A: Attendees must install the app and grant notification permissions on their device. Attendees who declined notification permissions or haven't installed the app will not appear as subscribers.
Q: How do I see read rate per notification?
A: Go to the All Notifications tab — each row shows Total Sent, Total Read, and Read Rate (Total Read ÷ Total Sent × 100%).
Q: Should I check Android and iOS separately?
A: Yes — permission grant rates often differ between platforms. Reviewing them separately helps diagnose whether a low subscriber count is platform-specific.
Q: Can I export the subscriber or unsubscriber list?
A: Export is not available directly from the Notification Analytics page. Contact support if you need bulk subscriber data.
