The Export Data section generates a single comprehensive PDF report covering all analytics sub-sections — sessions, speakers, networking, social feed, sponsors, exhibitors, advertisements, and the dashboard overview. Use it for post-event reporting, stakeholder presentations, or sponsor deliverables.
Go to Analytics → Export Data in the left sidebar.
Use the date range picker at the top to define the period your report should cover. The range defaults to your event's full start-to-end date.
Changing the date range re-filters all data in the exported PDF — sessions, speaker engagement, networking, and all other sub-sections reflect only the selected period.
Select Portrait or Landscape from the orientation toggle before generating. Portrait works well for data tables; Landscape gives more horizontal space for charts.
Click the Export or Generate button. A loading screen appears while Eventify fetches all data and builds the PDF. This may take 15–30 seconds depending on your event size.
Once complete, the report downloads automatically as a PDF file. It includes all of the following sections:
Section Included
---
Analytics Dashboard overview
Session Dashboard (top sessions, Q&A, scan and RSVP lists)
Speaker Dashboard
Attendees Network
Social Feed
Sponsors Insight
Exhibitors Insight (including top countries and tags)
Advertisement Insight
Q: Can I export only one section — like just Sessions or just Sponsors?
A: No. The Export Data function generates a single PDF covering all analytics sections. Individual section exports (like session RSVP lists) are available from within each sub-section.
Q: What file format is the export?
A: The report downloads as a PDF file. It is not available as Excel or CSV from this section.
Q: Does the export include attendee check-in data?
A: The main export PDF focuses on engagement analytics. For full check-in data, use the dedicated export from Analytics → Attendee Check-ins → Export.
Q: Can I save different date ranges as different reports?
A: Not automatically — but you can generate the report multiple times with different date ranges and rename each downloaded file.
