The email tool lets you send attendees a direct link to a specific Social Boost post so they can share their banner immediately. You can filter recipients by who has and hasn’t been contacted, search by name or email, and select in bulk — making it easy to follow up with attendees who haven’t shared yet.
How to access: Dashboard → Engagement → Social Boost → Send Email (on any post row)

The post must be created and its status set to Enabled. Attendees must belong to the user group assigned to the post — only those attendees appear in the email modal.
Go to Dashboard → Engagement → Social Boost. Find the post you want to promote. Click Send Email on that post’s row. The email distribution modal opens.

Use the filter dropdown at the top of the modal to scope the recipient list:
| Filter | Who Is Shown |
|---|---|
| All | Everyone in the assigned user group |
| Mail Sent | Users who have already received the email for this post |
| Not Sent | Users who have not yet been contacted |
Use Not Sent to send reminder emails only to attendees you haven’t reached yet.

The Send Email button updates in real time to show the count of selected recipients: Send Email (X users).
If there are many attendees, the list is paginated — use the pagination controls at the bottom to browse and select across pages.

Q: Can I send Social Boost emails to all attendees at once, regardless of user group?
A: Each email send is scoped to the user group assigned to that specific post. To reach all attendees, ensure you have a post assigned to each relevant user group and send separately from each.
Q: What does the email contain?
A: The email includes a direct link to the Social Boost page for that post. Attendees click the link and are taken directly to the banner sharing flow.
Q: Can I see which attendees have already shared their banner?
A: The filter shows who has received the email (Mail Sent) and who has not (Not Sent). Email sent status and actual social sharing are tracked separately — receiving the email does not mean the attendee has shared.
Q: What happens if I send to the same attendee twice?
A: They receive two emails. Use the Mail Sent filter to check who has already been contacted before sending again.
