Every push notification you send is tracked in the Delivered tab of Outreach. From there you can see exactly how many attendees received your notification, how many opened it, and your overall read rate.
Go to Outreach → Push Notifications. The Delivered tab is selected by default. All sent notifications appear here in reverse chronological order.

Click the eye icon on any delivered notification to view its full details — title, message, audience, link, and timing.
Click the trash icon to delete a delivered notification from the list. This removes it from the admin view — it does not unsend the notification or remove it from attendees' devices.
Some system-generated notifications are protected and cannot be deleted. The delete icon will not appear for those.
Use the Reset Notifications button (top-right of the Delivered tab) to clear all delivered notifications from the list. This action only affects the admin view.
Note: The Reset Notifications button only appears on the Delivered tab — it is not available on the Scheduled or Announcement tabs.
Q: What does “Read Rate” actually measure?
A: Read Rate = Total Read ÷ Total Sent × 100, rounded to the nearest whole number. It reflects how many of the targeted attendees opened the notification on their device.
Q: Why is my Read Rate 0% even though the notification was sent?
A: Attendees may have their notifications silenced, the app closed, or they simply haven't opened the notification yet. Read Rate updates in real time as attendees open the notification.
Q: What does the “Linked With” column show?
A: It shows the destination the notification was linked to — a session, speaker page, external URL, etc. If no link was added, the column is empty.
Q: Can I export my notification delivery data?
A: Export is not available directly from the Delivered tab. Contact support if you need bulk delivery data.
Q: How do I refresh the delivered list to see the latest data?
A: Click the Refresh button at the top of the page. The Refresh button is available on both the Delivered and Scheduled tabs.
