The Sessions sub-section tells you which sessions attracted the most attention, which Q&A threads were most active, what attendees searched for, and who physically attended or RSVPd. Use it to understand your programme's impact and identify standout sessions for future planning.
Go to Analytics → Session Dashboard in the left sidebar.
| Metric | What It Shows |

The Top Sessions table ranks sessions by engagement — views and favorites. Use it to identify which sessions drove the most interest.
| Column | Description |

| Session Name | Title of the session |
| Track | Associated track (if applicable) |

The Most Searched Keywords section shows what attendees searched for in the session directory — useful for understanding demand and content gaps.
Three attendance-tracking lists are available:
| List | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Session Scan List | Attendees who scanned a QR code at a session |
| Session RSVP List | Attendees who RSVPd for a session |
| Session Check-in List | Attendees who checked in to specific sessions |
Each list can be filtered and exported.
Q: Why are my Session Check-in or RSVP lists empty?
A: Either no attendees have scanned or RSVPd yet, or the QR scanning / RSVP features are not enabled on those sessions. Check session settings to confirm these features are active.
Q: What is the difference between Session Views and Session List Views?
A: Session List Views = users who browsed the sessions directory. Session Views = users who opened individual session detail pages.
Q: Can I export session analytics?
A: Yes — both the Top Sessions table and the Q&A Insights table have Excel export buttons. Full session data can also be exported from Analytics → Export Data.
