When you have many polls across multiple sessions, Eventify gives you tools to keep them organized: drag-and-drop reordering, session filtering, Active/Archived tabs, and pagination for large poll lists.
Drag-and-drop ordering is available on both the Active and Archived tabs. Each poll row has a drag handle (≡) on the left side. Click and drag a row to move it to a new position. The order is saved automatically.

Use the session dropdown at the top of the Polls page to switch between sessions. The poll list updates to show only the polls belonging to the selected session.
Use the Active and Archived tabs at the top of the Polls page.

The poll list displays up to 50 polls per page. If you have more than 50 polls in a session, pagination controls appear at the bottom of the list to navigate between pages.
No. The Polls page shows one session at a time. Use the session dropdown to switch between sessions.
Q: Does reordering polls affect the order attendees see them in the app?
A: Yes. The order you set in the admin panel is the order polls appear to attendees in the Eventify app and web portal.
Q: Can I reorder polls while the event is live?
A: Yes. You can reorder polls at any time, including during an active event. Changes take effect immediately.
Q: Is there a limit to how many polls I can create per session?
A: There is no documented cap on poll count per session, but the list paginates at 50 per page for large volumes.
Q: Can I search for a specific poll by name?
A: The Polls page does not have a search field. Use the session filter to narrow the list to the relevant session, then scroll or paginate to find your poll.
Q: If I reorder polls in the Archived tab, does that affect the Active order?
A: No. The Active and Archived tabs have independent orderings. Reordering in one tab does not affect the other.
