When managing a large contact database, performing actions one contact at a time is not practical. Eventify provides bulk actions that let you select multiple contacts and apply operations to all of them at once. This guide covers all available bulk actions.
How To Select Contacts for Bulk Actions
Step 1: Navigate to Campaign > Contacts
From the Eventify Admin Panel, click on Campaign in the left sidebar, then click the Contacts tab.
Step 2: Select individual contacts using checkboxes
Each contact has a checkbox on the left side of the row. Click the checkbox to select individual contacts you want to perform actions on.
Step 3: Or use "Select All" to select all contacts
Click the Select All checkbox at the top of the list to select all visible contacts at once. Click it again to deselect all.
Step 4: Use search and filters to narrow down first
For more targeted bulk actions, first use the search bar or category filter to narrow down the contact list, then use Select All to select only the filtered results.

Step 5: Select contacts and click "Delete"
After selecting one or more contacts, click the Delete bulk action button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm to permanently remove the selected contacts from your database.
Warning: This action cannot be undone. Deleted contacts will be removed from all lists and any scheduled campaigns.
Tips for Using Bulk Actions
Double-check before deleting: Bulk delete is permanent and cannot be undone. Always review your selection carefully before confirming.
Use filters for accuracy: Apply search or category filters before selecting contacts to ensure you’re targeting the right group.
Avoid accidental “Select All”: Be mindful when using the Select All option, especially on large lists, to prevent unintended actions.
Clean your database regularly: Use bulk actions to remove inactive, duplicate, or irrelevant contacts to keep your database organized.
Test with a small group first: If you’re unsure, try the action on a few contacts before applying it to a large set.
Be aware of campaign impact: Deleting contacts will remove them from all lists and may affect scheduled campaigns, so plan accordingly.
