Eventify gives you two export options for Session Rating data, available from the Export dropdown button in the Session Rating screen.

Both exports include the following columns for every response:
The column structure matches the questions in the active form for that session — so if sessions use different forms, their columns will differ.

The allratings.xlsx file contains one worksheet per session. Each sheet is named after the session and contains only that session's responses. This makes it easy to share individual session results or analyse data session by session in a single file.

Q: The export button is greyed out or shows an error. Why?
There are no responses yet for the selected session. The export only works when at least one response exists.
Q: Does the export include responses from attendees who didn't provide a name?
Yes — their User Name column will show "Anonymous" and their email will still be included.
Q: Can I export just the comments/text responses?
Not separately — all question types are included in one file. You can filter by column in Excel after downloading.
Q: What timezone is "Submitted on" in?
The timestamp is converted to your local timezone at the time of export.
