The Branding module in Eventify gives event organizers full control over the visual identity of their event app and web portal — from the app icon and color theme to splash screens, navigation menus, venue displays, and attendee profile frames. Every change can be previewed before attendees see it.
How to access: Dashboard → Setup → Branding
📸 Screenshot placeholder: Dashboard left sidebar with Setup expanded, showing Branding and its sub-sections: App Branding, App Menu, App Home Screen, Splash Screen, Frames, Live Display, Website Editor — recommended size: 400 × 700 px
| Section | What It Controls |
|---|---|
| App Branding | Event logo, brand cover image, cover video, light/dark color themes |
| App Menu | Bottom navigation tabs, side drawer, quick links grid |
| App Home Screen | Which components appear on the home screen and in what order |
| Splash Screen | Launch images for all iOS and Android device sizes, splash video |
| Frames | Decorative overlays attendees apply to their profile photos |
| Live Display (Beta) | Rotating screens for venue TVs — agenda, gallery, leaderboard, sponsors |
| Website Editor (Beta) | Separate branding for your event’s web portal |
| Profile Share | Branded backgrounds for profile sharing via QR or social media |
App branding and web branding are independent. Changes to the mobile app do not affect the web portal, and vice versa.

Complete these steps before your event goes live to avoid attendees seeing blank or default screens:
Q: Is Branding available on all Eventify plans?
A: Core branding (App Branding, Splash Screen, App Menu, Home Screen) is available on standard plans. Live Display and Website Editor are plan-gated features — contact Eventify support if these tabs are not visible.
Q: Do branding changes go live immediately?
A: Most changes go live after saving. Attendees may need to close and relaunch the app to see updates, as cached versions of previous branding may persist briefly.
Q: Can I have different branding for iOS and Android?
A: Not separately — your app branding settings apply across both platforms. Splash screen sizes are uploaded per platform (separate iOS and Android slots) but the theme and logo are shared.
Q: Do I need to configure everything before my event launches?
A: You should complete App Branding, Splash Screen, and App Menu before launch. Home Screen and Frames can be updated at any time while the event is live.
