How To Allow Request Based Meetings?

Enable request-based meetings to let attendees send meeting requests rather than scheduling directly. Follow the steps below to enable and configure request-based meetings

1: Go to the Eventify Admin Panel, navigate to Engagement > Networking >Meetings

 

2: Click the Settings icon at the top right corner of the screen.

 

3: Enable this option to allow meeting requests to be automatically confirmed by the receiver without manual approval. This serves as the default meeting behaviour for attendees.

Note: Individual users can override this setting from their personal meeting preferences within the app.

 

4: Enable this setting to automatically reserve (hide) a time slot as soon as a meeting request is made.

Note: By default, time slots remain visible until a meeting is confirmed. When this setting is turned on, the slot becomes temporarily unavailable immediately after the first request and stays hidden unless the request is canceled.
