How to Customize Divisions or Frames

Checkout forms gather user info at the time of registration, and the same form will show any user's profile fields based on these checkout forms. Eventify offers customization options by allowing users to add fields and adjust divisions or frames for a better structure of the form. This ensures a clear layout and a smoother checkout process.

To know how to add and customize divisions or frames in the checkout form, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://app.eventify.io/login and click on Registration> Registration Forms.
  2. Choose either the default form or create a new one.
  3. Once the form appears, locate 'Form Components' on the right side.
  4. Click on 'Section / Page Breaker' and then again click on 'Section' to add it to the form.
  5. Use the three-dot menu to edit, delete, or move the section as needed.
  • Click 'Edit' to modify the label and description.
  • Click 'Delete' to remove the section entirely.
  • Click 'Move' to relocate the section within the form.
  1. Once you've configured the sections, proceed to customize the form. 
  2. Drag and drop fields from the side menu onto the form under the desired section.
