Each registered attendee receives a unique QR code by email. At the venue, staff or kiosks scan the code using any smartphone or handheld scanner. The scan logs the check-in time, validates the ticket tier, and triggers badge printing if enabled — all in under two seconds.
Yes. Attendees check in from their own phone using a unique QR code emailed with their ticket. They walk in, scan, and they are in. You can run a fully self-service entrance, or pair self check-in with kiosk and staff-assisted modes for backup.

Session access gates are configured in the Eventify dashboard. Assign sessions to specific ticket types, attendee groups, or RSVP lists. When a scanner reads a QR code at the door, Eventify checks eligibility in real time and shows a green or red result instantly — no manual lists needed.
Yes. The Eventify scanning app caches credentials locally and queues all scans offline. Once the device reconnects, scans sync to the cloud and your dashboards update. Venues with patchy Wi-Fi or remote outdoor locations stay fully tracked.
After the event you get: full attendance by session, day, and ticket type; dwell time and drop-off curves per room; top-engaged attendees; booth lead reports per exhibitor; and an overall engagement score per attendee. All reports export to CSV, PDF, or directly into your CRM.
Yes. Attendance, engagement, booth scans, and session ratings export to CSV and PDF, or push directly to Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRMs through the Eventify API. Sponsor lead reports can be delivered automatically at the end of every event day.
