Eventify lets you export your full Live Q&A dataset — including all questions, replies, and nested replies — into an Excel file for post-event reporting, speaker debrief, or record-keeping.

The downloaded file is an Excel workbook with three separate sheets:
| Sheet | Contents |
|---|---|
| LiveQA | All questions — question text, session, submitting attendee, publish status, important flag, display order |
| LiveQAReply | All first-level admin replies to questions |
| LiveQAReply'sReply | All nested replies to those replies |

Q: Does the export include questions from all sessions, or just the one currently selected?
A: The export pulls all Live Q&A data across the event, not just the session selected in the filter.
Q: Can I export only published questions?
A: Not currently — the export includes all questions regardless of published status.
Q: The export file is empty. What happened?
A: If no sessions have "Allow Live Q&A" enabled, or no questions have been submitted, the file will be empty. Verify that questions exist in the list view before exporting.
Understanding the attendee side helps you set up Live Q&A in a way that gets participation.
Attendees open the Eventify app or web portal, navigate to the event, and find the Live Q&A section for their current session. They type their question and submit. The question goes directly to your Unpublished queue (or publishes automatically if Auto-Publish is on).

Attendees can upvote questions submitted by others. This signals to you which questions the audience most wants answered — though vote counts are not currently surfaced in the admin panel view. Use the attendee app preview to gauge question popularity if needed.
If you add a reply to a published question, attendees see it directly beneath the question in their app. Replies are a useful way to share a speaker's answer or add a follow-up note without a full moderation workflow.

Q: Can attendees submit questions anonymously?
A: Yes. If an attendee submits without being identified in the app, their question appears as "Anonymous" in both the admin panel and on the Live Display.
Q: Can attendees edit or delete a question after submitting it?
A: No. Once submitted, attendees cannot edit or withdraw their question. Only the admin can remove it from view by keeping it unpublished.
Q: Can attendees see each other's questions before they are published?
A: No. Attendees only see questions that have been published by the organizer.
Q: Is there a character limit on attendee questions?
A: The question field has a maximum character length configured by the organizer. The limit is enforced at the point of submission.
