Moderation is at the heart of Live Q&A. Every question submitted by an attendee lands in your Unpublished queue first. You decide what gets shown — one question at a time, or in bulk.
The Live Q&A screen has two tabs:
Click either tab to switch between them. The count next to each label updates in real time.

To publish a question from the Unpublished tab, click the publish toggle on that row. It immediately moves to the Published tab and becomes visible to attendees.
To unpublish a question, switch to the Published tab and toggle it off. It moves back to Unpublished and disappears from attendees' view instantly.

Use the Important flag to highlight priority questions for the speaker. This does not change whether the question is published — it is a separate signal for your team. Mark or unmark importance from any question row.

Click the reply icon on any question row to open the reply panel. You can type a response (up to 235 characters) and submit it. Replies are visible to attendees alongside the question.

Drag any question row up or down using the drag handle on the left side of the row to change display order. Reordering works independently on the Published and Unpublished tabs — the order you set on each tab is preserved when questions move between them.

Click the Refresh button (circular arrow icon) in the header to pull in the latest questions from attendees without reloading the page.
Q: If I unpublish a question, does the attendee know?
A: No. Attendees are not notified when a question is unpublished. It simply disappears from the published list.
Q: Can attendees see how many replies a question has?
A: Yes — attendees can view replies attached to published questions.
Q: Is there a limit to how many replies I can add per question?
A: There is no limit on the number of replies, but each reply is capped at 235 characters.
Q: Does reordering questions affect anything on the attendee side?
A: Yes. The order you set in the Published tab determines the order attendees see questions in the app.
Q: Can I add a question myself, without waiting for an attendee to submit it?
A: Yes. Click the + Add Q&A button in the top-right corner of the Live Q&A screen. You can select a session and type a question manually — useful for seeding discussion or capturing questions from the room.
