Live Q&A in Eventify gives your attendees a structured, moderated way to ask questions during event sessions — from their phones or laptops, in real time. As an organizer, you control what gets published to the audience, so the conversation stays focused and on-topic.

Attendees submit questions through the Eventify app or web portal. Those questions land in your Unpublished queue. You review each one and choose to publish it — making it visible to all attendees — or keep it unpublished. You can also flag questions as Important to surface the most relevant ones for the speaker.
Questions you publish appear live on attendees' screens and, optionally, on a large display screen in the room using the Live Display URL.

Every question is tied to a specific session. Use the session selector at the top of the Live Q&A screen to switch between sessions and view their individual question queues.
Q: Do attendees need to download an app to submit questions?
A: No. Attendees can submit questions through the Eventify web portal or the mobile app — whichever they prefer.
Q: Can attendees see all questions, or only published ones?
A: Attendees only see questions you have published. Unpublished questions are visible only to you in the admin panel.
Q: Can I use Live Q&A across multiple sessions at the same event?
A: Yes. Each session has its own question queue. Use the session dropdown in the Live Q&A screen to switch between them.
Q: Is Live Q&A available on all Eventify plans?
A: Live Q&A is available on select plans. Contact your Eventify account manager to confirm your plan includes this feature.
