When you have a high volume of questions, the bulk action tools in Live Q&A let you publish, unpublish, or flag multiple questions in seconds — without touching each one individually.
Check the checkbox at the start of any question row to select it. Use the master checkbox in the column header to select all questions on the current page at once.
Once at least one question is selected, a bulk action dropdown (blue caret arrow) appears next to the master checkbox.

The Live Q&A list shows up to 50 questions per page. "All" in the bulk actions means all questions visible on the current page — not every question across all pages. If you have more than 50 questions, navigate to each page to apply bulk actions there as well.
Q: I selected questions and the bulk action dropdown didn't appear. Why?
A: The dropdown only appears after at least one question is checked. Verify the checkboxes are ticked and try again.
Q: What's the difference between "Mark as Important (Selected)" and "Mark as Important (All)"?
A: "Selected" applies only to the questions you've manually checked. "All" applies to every question on the current page regardless of what's checked.
Q: Can I publish questions from the Unpublished tab using bulk actions?
A: Yes. Switch to the Unpublished tab, select questions, and choose "Publish (Selected)" or "Publish (All)." The Publish options only appear when you're viewing the Unpublished tab; Unpublish options only appear on the Published tab.
Q: Do bulk actions affect questions on other pages?
A: No. Bulk actions only apply to the 50 questions visible on the current page. For larger question sets, work through each page separately.
