The Sales Report is where ticket revenue gets managed, and this release makes it a lot more complete. You can see who dropped off before paying, bring them back, keep attendee details right while payment is pending, and clean up orders that should never have existed.
As soon as a buyer enters a valid email at the Payment Details step, their checkout is saved as a Draft. It stays a draft until they place the order. Drafts are kept out of your confirmed figures and only appear when you select Draft in the Status filter, next to the existing Abandoned status for payments that were started but not finished.
Open a Draft or Abandoned order and click Cart Abandoned to email the buyer a link straight back to their cart. For approved orders that still owe money, click Pending Payment to send a payment link. Both use templates under Settings > Email Templates, and the Cart Abandoned template can also go out automatically after a trigger time you set.
While a ticket is unpaid, click Update Details on it in the order to correct the attendee's name, email or phone number, without re-assigning the ticket.
The new Delete Order button removes a test, duplicate or wrong order permanently. If the order was the attendee's only registration, the attendee and their related records go with it. If they have other registrations, only this order is removed. The confirmation lists exactly what will be deleted and who will be kept before you confirm, so your sales report and attendee data stay clean without asking the tech team.
