You can create custom badge templates for your event — with your branding, attendee name, company, job title, ticket type, and QR code. You can also design different badge styles for different groups, such as Attendee, Speaker, Staff, and VIP.
💡 Tip: Create a visually distinct badge for Speakers and VIPs — even a small colour difference makes it much easier for your event staff to identify and prioritise the right people on the day without asking anyone to explain their role.
You can print a badge for an individual attendee on demand, or run a bulk print for all registered attendees at once. The agent generates a print-ready PDF you can send directly to your printer or badge station.
In addition to badges, Eventify supports certificate templates — perfect for CPD events, training sessions, awards, or any occasion where you want to recognise attendee participation. Certificates can be personalised with each attendee’s name and details.
💡 Tip: Link certificate distribution to gamification milestones. Attendees who complete specific challenges or attend key sessions can automatically qualify for a certificate — a great driver of engagement and app activity.
The Eventify Kiosk is a self-service check-in station you can set up at your event entrance. Through the agent, you can configure the kiosk’s branding, enable or disable features like QR scanning and self-search, set a passcode for staff access, and adjust timing settings.
