September focused on visibility and reach: knowing what happened to every email and where every buyer came from, letting people RSVP without an account, booking hotel rooms, and giving exhibitors a 3D view of the floor. Here is what shipped.
Admin panel
- Email delivery history and resend. Every row in the Email Log has an Event History button showing when the email was processed, delivered and opened, or why it failed, with a CSV download. Resend any email to the same or other addresses, and resend ticket, order and welcome emails straight from an attendee's record. Read more.
- Sales attribution. The Sales Report filters by Campaign Source, Medium and Name, and each order shows How The Buyer Arrived, with first and last touch, referrer and the full journey. UTM data is included in the export.
- Sales Report upgrades. Multi-select filters that remember your choices, an Approved tab, a payment gateway fee column, Sales Overview and Revenue by Ticket summary sheets, bulk invoice download and email for approval and pay-later orders, and monthly Stripe Application Fees receipts.
- Remind buyers to assign tickets. Email Unassigned Buyers in bulk, or Remind Buyer from an order, using the new Unassigned Tickets email template.
- Accommodation module (Beta). A new Accommodation section with Hotels, Rooms and Bookings: add hotels from Google or by hand, set room types, inventory and rates, link hotels to tickets, require approval per hotel and copy a booking link. For events on the new ticket portal, with the module switched on under Features.
- Session import and export with pricing. Import and export sessions with Pricing Type, price, Payment Mode and ticket links, and bulk edit which tickets include or can add a session. A Daily Schedule Report PDF gives a print-and-post board for every day or one page per speaker.
- Session waitlist modes. Choose Manual Approval, Notify Attendees or Auto Confirm for RSVP waitlists, with three new email templates.
- Enable for sessions. Turn Live Q&A, polls or ratings on for many sessions at once from the Polls & Q&A page.
- Gamification controls. Delete and recover challenges, choose how challenges display in the app, delete quest tasks, and Hide Leaderboard.
- Embed your registration form as a script on any website, with optional custom CSS.
- Event Settings additions. Web Portal Access to hide the web portal for an event, passcode expiry options including Use as OTP, Restrict Meeting Locations to a list you define, Add to Wallet buttons on tickets, and a Calendar (.ics) details manager for the invite attached to your emails.
- Ticket settings. Show ticket before sale starts lists a ticket as coming soon, and Show Only Active Ticket Price hides other tiers.
- Why Attend AI integration card generates the website widget script.
- Attendee Activity gains session, bookmark and login activity types with an include or exclude filter.
- Push notifications. Export pending and sent pushes, delete a push, and target several groups in a bulk import.
- Booth View Type lets you offer the floor map in 2D, 3D or both, and booth application responses get Kanban and List views.
- Abstracts: assign an email template to specific abstracts.
Registration and ticketing
- Hotel rooms without a ticket. Guests can book accommodation on its own, pay on the hotel page, and go through organiser approval where the hotel requires it.
- Booth purchase in the ticket portal, with a 3D map. Exhibitors buy booths inside the same checkout as tickets and explore the floor plan in a 3D view with booth labels and details.
- Settlement currency notice. When a gateway settles in another currency, buyers see the approximate charge and rate before they pay.
Mobile app
- Invite more people to a 1:1 meeting. After a meeting is confirmed, the host can invite additional attendees, who accept or decline, and everyone sees the status.
- Suggested meeting locations. Organisers can define meeting spots that attendees pick from when scheduling.
- Hide Leaderboard. Run gamification challenges without a public ranking.
- Edit a session rating after submitting it, and unread message badge on the Messages tab.
- My Activity with times. Activities now carry a start and end time.
- Send Push to several groups. Admins pick multiple user groups per push and choose whether to match the primary group or any group.
Attendee web portal
- Public session RSVP portal. Attendees enter their registered email, receive a code and RSVP to sessions without creating a portal account.
- Advanced attendee filter on the attendee list.
- Related-profile dashboards. Exhibitor and sponsor users see stats for every profile they're linked to.
- Meetings: invite additional participants, suggested locations and meetings that open from a link.
- App-only mode. When web access is off for an event, the portal shows a page pointing attendees to the mobile app.
- Also: schedule filter and search on the welcome page, downloadable chat attachments, extra social links on profiles, editable ratings and an accessibility pass across the portal.
Desktop kiosk 4.6.1
- Show Event Name puts a draggable event name badge on every kiosk screen.
- Show Primary Group in Preview lets you show all of an attendee's groups in the print preview instead of only the primary one.

- Events list widget gains All, 3 Months, 6 Months and 1 Year filters, search and paging.
- Why Attend widget gets a new design and richer report sections.
