Not everyone at your event needs the same days. Volunteers, managers and admins often need to be in before the doors open for a briefing or setup, while most attendees only need the main days. Day-wise access was already available for tickets. It now works for registration form groups as well.
Open a registration form, go to Form Settings and, under Registration Form Access, choose All Date Access or Specific Date Access. For specific dates, pick the days in the calendar. Event days are underlined, and you can also choose days before or after the event. Say the event runs from the 5th to the 10th: give the staff group the 3rd and 4th as well.
Everyone who registers through that form, or who you add to its group, gets those days automatically. Change the dates later and Eventify updates the existing attendees too, and warns you about anyone who already has sessions booked on days they would lose.
You set access once per group instead of attendee by attendee. Internal and pre-event sessions stay limited to the right people, and there are fewer manual errors. Attendees can only check in, RSVP to sessions and book meetings on the days they have.
Day-wise access is switched on under Settings > Event Settings > Schedule. Ticket days, form days and days you add on an attendee's profile all add up.
