AI Import for Attendees

Attendee import has always been harder to automate than other imports, because each user group can have its own registration form with different fields. AI import now handles that for you, making bulk onboarding faster.

How it works

1. Go to People > Manage Attendees and click Import.
2. Choose Import File with AI, Paste Data with AI or Import from URL.
3. Pick the user group if your groups have their own forms. A spreadsheet with several sheets imports one sheet per group.
4. Check the Map Your Column Data step, where each column is matched to a field of that group's form, and adjust anything the AI got wrong.
5. Review the rows in Review & Import, choose whether duplicates are overwritten or skipped, optionally send welcome emails, and import.

Review before you save

AI extraction isn't always 100% accurate, so every row is editable and errors are flagged before anything is saved. Mapping to the right group form, with your corrections, saves the manual column matching and reduces import errors.
