The Itinerary feature in Eventify is a personalized travel planning tool built for event organizers who need to manage and communicate travel logistics to their attendees. Unlike the public event schedule, an itinerary is private — each attendee only sees what has been assigned to them.
Use it to build detailed travel plans for individual attendees or groups, covering every step of their journey from arrival to departure.
Each itinerary is made up of activities — individual entries that represent a specific travel moment. You can add as many activities as needed, each with its own:
Vouchers are the personalized layer on top of activities. While a file attachment is shared with every attendee in an itinerary, a voucher is per person — each attendee gets their own set of documents (up to 3 files per activity).
Common uses:
All voucher files are encrypted on upload and can only be downloaded by the attendee they belong to through the Eventify app.
