You can create a brand new event by simply describing what you need. Tell the agent the event name, dates, location, and timezone — and it will set everything up for you.
💡 Tip: If you’re running a similar event to one you’ve done before, ask the agent to duplicate an existing event. It’s much faster than starting from scratch — all your settings, branding, and structure carry over.
You can update any event detail at any time — the name, location, dates, theme colours, timezone, or support email. Just describe what needs changing and the agent handles it instantly.
Your event app has several modules — Agenda, Networking, Exhibitors, Social Feed, Gamification, Maps, and more. You can turn any of these on or off depending on what your event needs.
💡 Tip: For smaller or simpler events, consider disabling features like Matchmaking or Gamification to keep the app clean and easy to navigate for attendees.
If you run recurring events — annual conferences, quarterly summits — duplicating a past event saves significant setup time. All the structure, features, settings, and branding carry over automatically.
Once your event is set up, ask the agent to confirm your event is published and live for attendees. You can also check if the app is active at any point.
