Every event in Eventify has a registration form that attendees complete when they sign up. You can view the current form fields, adjust the form settings, and control exactly what information is collected from attendees.
Eventify uses several different form types, each serving a specific purpose:
π‘ Tip: Keep your registration form as short as possible β only ask for what you truly need at sign-up. The longer the form, the higher the drop-off rate. You can always collect additional information through the attendee profile once theyβre registered.
You can update form-level settings including the form title, description, confirmation message, and whether the form is publicly open or restricted to invited attendees only.
π‘ Tip: Customise the session rating form to include questions that matter to your speakers and sponsors β it makes your post-event reports far more valuable than generic star ratings alone.
