On event day, the agent becomes your real-time operations hub. Check live attendance numbers, fix login issues instantly, handle last-minute session changes, and pull live reports — all without leaving the chat window.
💡 Tip: Keep a browser tab with the AI Agent open throughout your event day. When issues come up — and they always do — you’ll resolve them in seconds rather than minutes. It’s the closest thing to having a remote support team in your pocket.
After your event, run through this sequence to close out cleanly:
