A voucher is a personalized document attached to a specific attendee for a specific activity. Unlike the activity's shared file attachment (which every assigned attendee sees), a voucher is private — each attendee only sees their own files.
Use vouchers for any document that is unique per person:
Tip: If you don't see any attendees in the voucher table, check that the itinerary has been assigned to at least one group or user.
Go to Content → Itinerary. Find the relevant itinerary and click the edit (pencil) icon.
Locate the activity you want to manage. Below the activity description, click Manage Vouchers.
The Manage Vouchers modal opens, showing a table with one row per assigned attendee.
Each attendee row has three upload slots: Upload File 1, Upload File 2, Upload File 3.
To upload a file:
The file name appears in the slot once selected. You can upload up to 3 files per attendee per activity.
Each attendee row includes a Notes column. Use this to add a short personal note visible to that attendee in the app, such as "Window seat confirmed" or "Early check-in approved".
If your itinerary has many assigned attendees, use the Search by Name field at the top of the modal to filter the table. The table paginates at a set number of rows — use the pagination controls to navigate to other pages.
Click Save at the bottom of the modal. All file uploads and notes for all attendees are saved in a single bulk operation.
Pre-filled (previously uploaded) voucher files show their filename in the slot. To interact:
When you delete a file: If you delete File 1, File 2 automatically shifts up to the File 1 slot, and File 3 shifts to File 2. The slots stay compact with no gaps.
All voucher files in Eventify are:
This means even if someone obtained the file path, they could not access the file without a valid session token.
A: No. Each attendee only sees the files uploaded specifically for them in the voucher table.
A: Not with a single action — you need to upload the file separately for each attendee row. If many attendees are sharing the same document, consider using the activity's shared file attachment instead.
A: Eventify does not send automatic notifications when vouchers are uploaded. Use the Campaigns feature or notify attendees through your usual communication channel.
A: New attendees added to the group after vouchers have been uploaded will appear in the voucher table with empty upload slots. Their rows will not be pre-filled — you need to upload files for them manually.
A: Bulk export of voucher files is not currently available in the admin panel. Files must be downloaded individually from the manage vouchers modal.
A: The counter at the top of the voucher table shows the total number of voucher files uploaded across all attendees in that activity. It only appears when at least one voucher has been uploaded.
