Eventify gives you two moderation tools for community content: a Pending Approvals queue for communities where moderation is enabled, and a Reported Contents tab for posts that attendees have flagged. Both are found in the Content Moderation section of your event settings.

Content moderation is not enabled by default. To activate it for a specific community, open the community settings and turn on the moderation toggle. Once enabled, new posts in that community will go into the Pending Approvals queue before they are visible to attendees.

Q: Does moderation apply to all communities or only specific ones?
A: Moderation is toggled per community. You can enable it for some communities and leave others unmoderated.
Q: Are attendees notified when their post is deleted?
A: Eventify does not send an automatic notification to attendees when their post is deleted by an admin.
Q: Can I see who reported a post?
A: Yes. The Reported Contents tab shows which attendee submitted the report.
Q: What content types go into the Pending Approvals queue?
A: Social Posts, Gallery Posts, and Community Posts can all appear in the queue depending on your moderation settings.
Q: Is there a way to automatically approve posts from trusted attendees?
A: Automatic approval by attendee role is not available by default. All posts in a moderated community go through the queue.
