The Social Boost post list is the main view when you open Dashboard → Engagement → Social Boost. It shows all posts created for your event with their thumbnail, assigned user group, and caption. From here you can search posts, send emails, edit, and delete.

Use the search bar at the top of the Social Boost page to filter posts by user group name or caption text in real time.

Click the Edit icon (pencil) on any post row. The full three-step creation flow reopens with your existing design loaded — Select Template, Customize, and Post Settings. Make your changes across any step and click Publish to save.

Post status is controlled inside the edit flow, not from the list. To change a post from Enabled to Disabled (or vice versa):
| Status | What Attendees See |
|---|---|
| Enabled | Post is visible in the Social Boost / Join the Buzz! section |
| Disabled | Post is hidden from attendees; data is preserved |

Click the Delete icon on the post row and confirm the deletion. The post is permanently removed — this cannot be undone. Banners already shared by attendees on social platforms are not affected.

Q: Why can’t I see the Delete icon on my post?
A: The Delete icon only appears when there is more than one post. Create a second post before attempting to delete the first.
Q: Can I disable a post without opening the full edit flow?
A: Not currently. Post status (Enabled/Disabled) is set inside the Post Settings step of the edit flow. There is no inline toggle on the post list.
Q: If I delete a post, what happens to banners attendees already shared?
A: Nothing — banners already shared on LinkedIn, Facebook, or X are not affected. Deletion only removes the template from your admin dashboard and the attendee-facing portal.
Q: Can I duplicate a post to create a variation for a different user group?
A: There is no duplicate button. Create a new post from scratch using the same template and adjust the user group assignment in the Customize step.
