Note: The export reflects the state of the budget at the exact time of download. Run a fresh export for the most current figures.
Q: Can I export only a specific date range?
A: Yes. Apply the date filter on the Transactions page before clicking Export. The file will include only entries within the selected range.
Q: Who can access the exported file?
A: Only admins can access Budget Planner and trigger an export. Once downloaded, the file is a standard CSV or Excel file — share it deliberately, as it contains financial data that attendees cannot access within the platform.
Q: Does the export include income data?
A: Yes — income estimate data is included in the Excel (.xlsx) export as a separate sheet. CSV exports include all transaction data in a single sheet.
Q: When should I export my budget report?
A: Export before budget review meetings, at the end of the event for final reconciliation, or any time you need a snapshot of financial performance to share with a finance team or stakeholder.
