Social Boost is Eventify’s built-in social media amplification tool. Attendees share personalized, branded event banners on LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter) directly from the event portal. You design the template once; each attendee’s banner auto-fills with their name, photo, company, and event details — no design work required from them.
How to access: Dashboard → Engagement → Social Boost

Social Boost must be enabled before attendees can see any banner templates on your event portal. At least one enabled post must also exist and be assigned to the attendee’s user group before the Social Boost section becomes visible in the app.
Go to Dashboard → Engagement → Social Boost. Click the Manage Social Boost button in the top-right corner of the page. The settings modal opens.

Toggle Enable Social Boosting to on. This activates the feature across your event portal.

Once Enable Social Boosting is on, a second toggle appears: Enable Social Login.
Toggle this on if you want attendees to be prompted to connect their LinkedIn or Facebook account during the sharing flow. When connected, Eventify auto-fills the attendee’s profile picture, name, and email onto the banner automatically.
If Social Login is off, attendees can still share banners by entering their details manually — but their profile picture will not appear on the banner.

Click Save. Settings are not saved automatically — you must click Save before closing the modal.

Q: What happens if I enable Social Boosting but don’t create any posts?
A: Attendees will not see the Social Boost section. The section only becomes visible when at least one enabled post is assigned to the attendee’s user group.
Q: Does “Enable Social Login” appear immediately when I open settings?
A: No. The Enable Social Login toggle only appears after Enable Social Boosting is turned on. It is hidden until Social Boost is enabled.
Q: Is Social Boost available on all Eventify plans?
A: Social Boost is currently in Beta. Check your plan features in the admin panel to confirm availability.
Q: Which social platforms does Social Boost support?
A: LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter). WhatsApp and Instagram are not currently supported.
