You need:
In your Eventify admin panel, go to Content → Itinerary in the left sidebar. You'll land on the All Itineraries list, which shows all itineraries created for this event along with their assigned groups and users.
Click the + Add New button in the top right corner. This opens the Create Itinerary modal.
Type a name in the Itinerary Name field. This is an internal label — attendees never see it.
Use naming conventions that make your admin list easy to scan. Examples:
Click inside the Assign User or User Groups field and start typing. The field searches across both user groups and individual attendees simultaneously.
Tip: Assigning by group is recommended for most use cases. New attendees added to the group later automatically gain access — no manual update needed.
Click + New Activity to expand the activity form. Fill in:
You can add multiple activities before saving — all will be created together in a single Save action.
Click the Cancel button on an individual activity row to discard that activity without affecting others.
Click the Save button at the bottom of the modal. All activities are saved simultaneously.
Once saved:
To update the itinerary name or reassign attendees: click the edit (pencil) icon on the itinerary row, update the fields, and click Save.
To add more activities to an existing itinerary: click edit, scroll down to the activity list, click + New Activity, fill in the fields, and Save.
A: Yes. You can save the itinerary with just a name and assignment, then open it again to add activities when you have the details ready. However, attendees assigned to an empty itinerary will see it with no content until activities are added.
A: No. The name is for internal admin use only. Attendees see only the activity titles, types, dates, and descriptions.
A: Yes. You can add one or more activities in the Create modal before clicking Save — all activities and the itinerary container are created together in one action.
A: There is no documented cap on the number of activities per itinerary.
A: The itinerary will be assigned to the group, but no attendees will see it until members are added to that group.
