The Published toggle on each poll controls whether the poll is active and visible to attendees, or archived and hidden. Archiving is reversible — you can restore any archived poll at any time.
Each row in the poll list has a Published toggle on the right side.
Click the toggle to switch between the two states.

No. Archiving is fully reversible. If you archive a poll by mistake, click the Published toggle again to restore it to active. Your poll data and results are preserved.
At the top of the Polls page, you’ll see two tabs: Active and Archived. Click Archived to see all archived polls for the selected session.

Yes. Drag-and-drop ordering works on both the Active and Archived tabs. Grab the drag handle on the left side of any poll row to reorder.
Q: If I unpublish a poll, do attendees lose their submitted votes?
A: No. Votes and results are preserved when a poll is archived. Archiving only hides the poll from the attendee view.
Q: Can I delete a poll permanently?
A: Polls can be archived (hidden) but the data is retained. Check with your Eventify admin if a hard delete is required.
Q: Do archived polls count against any poll limits?
A: Archived polls are still associated with their session. They do not appear to attendees but remain in your admin panel.
Q: Can I publish multiple polls at the same time?
A: Yes. You can have multiple polls active simultaneously within the same session. Each poll has its own Published toggle.
