Subprocessor List

‍Eventify uses subprocessors to deliver its services. This page provides information about the identity, location, and role of each subprocessor we use.At Eventify, we believe in strongly in Data & Information security and implement industry standard measures to handing your data. We created this standard information guide for anyone looking to get more insights on our policies.

Terms

Subprocessor: An external service or provider that Eventify enlists to deliver its services. Eventify may share personal information with subprocessors subject to Eventify's Privacy Notice and Terms of Use. All data is encrypted in two ways. Data at REST and Data in Transaction.

Eventify's Commitment to Privacy:

‍Eventify takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. Strict processes are in place to ensure information is shared securely and only when necessary.

Eventify’s services are deployed on a virtual private cloud platform which is highly secure, scalable and this ensures high availability of data. We take strong measures to protect all its infrastructure.

- Data Security: Eventify employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for data collection, storage, and processing.
- Password Security: All accounts are accessed via secure login with one-way hashing of all passwords. Eventify does not access or share passwords unless required by law or with your permission to resolve system problems.
- Payment Information: Eventify uses Stripe to collect payment information and does not collect payment information on any of its own servers

These are providers who supply core services that enable Eventify to provide software services under a data processing agreement.  Each of these provides a range of essential services.

Cloudflare Inc, Cloud Service Provider - European Union

Service Specific Subprocessors

Eventify works with other third-parties to provide specific functions or features within Eventify's products. These providers will have access to anonymised information for statistics and in order to provide their relevant functions. The use of information is limited to the specific purposes we've detailed below:


Webflow - Cloud based Web Hosting Service - Europe/United States
Google Inc - Cloud based Analytics Service - Europe/United States

These providers will have access to personal information in order to provide their relevant functions. The use of information is limited to the specific purposes we've detailed below:

Mailgun - Cloud Based Email Notification Service - Europe/USA

The following subprocessors are third-parties that we offer optional integrations with. Relevant customer data and personal information will be shared with these services if you specifically enable them and authorize the sharing.

Changes and updates
As our services grow and evolve, the third-parties and subprocessors that we engage with may also change over time. We will provide the account owner with notice of any changes by sending a notification to the registered account holder's email address, along with posting any changes here.
