How to Modify Ticket-Related Settings in Eventify
To modify any ticket-related setting in Eventify, the admin needs to log in to the Eventify admin panel and navigate to the Registration section. From there, go to Ticket > Manage Tickets, and click on the settings icon. This will open up various configuration options, such as RSVP session control, registration and login date settings. Admins have full control and flexibility to adjust these settings according to the specific needs of their event.

Manage Ticket Settings
To configure who receives email notifications when a ticket is purchased, click on the Set Admin button. This allows you to select one or more admins who should be notified each time a ticket order is completed, ensuring the right team members stay informed in real time.

To streamline ticket selection for users, enable the Tag Based Ticket Group Setup toggle. When switched on, users will first be asked to choose a ticket group (based on tags) before seeing the relevant tickets in the ticket portal. This helps in organizing tickets efficiently and presenting only the most relevant options based on the selected group.

Configure RSVP Session Options in the Registration Portal:
To enable RSVP session functionality during registration, toggle on the Ask RSVP Session Option setting. This allows users to view and mark sessions as RSVP while registering for the event.
If you want to make RSVP selection compulsory, switch on the Make RSVP Session Option Mandatory setting. Once enabled, users will be required to select at least one RSVP session to complete their registration.
These settings help admins manage session-level attendance and ensure participants engage with key parts of the event.

Control How Ticket Prices and Charges Are Displayed:
Display Ticket Price with Additional Charges Only at Checkout:
Enable this option to show all additional charges, such as taxes and fees, only at the final checkout step. When turned off, all charges will be visible upfront during registration.
Display Ticket Price as a Single Total Including Tax:
Switch this on to display ticket prices as a single, all-inclusive amount that combines the ticket price with taxes and fees. This helps users see the final total without any breakdowns.
Disabling this will show the tax and fee components separately in the registration portal.
These settings allow you to control the level of pricing detail shown to users during ticket selection and checkout.

Set Ticket Purchase Limit Per Order:
Use this setting to define the maximum number of tickets a customer can purchase in a single transaction. Enter a specific number to control demand and prevent bulk or large-scale purchases. If you leave the field blank, there will be no limit applied. This helps organizers manage inventory and ensure fair access to ticket availability.

Enable Date Modification for Registration and Attendee Access:
Allow Modifying Registration Date:
Turn this on to let admins change the registration date within the registration validity period. This can help accommodate last-minute changes or corrections.
Allow Modifying Attendee Access Date:
Enable this to allow changes to the access date for attendees, within the allowed access window. This is useful for granting early or extended access based on special permissions or exceptions.
These controls give organizers the ability to adjust participant timelines while staying within event policy limits.
