Running across multiple cities, the three-day conference includes a gala dinner, two days of industry speakers, and an audience of residential building company owners who expect the best. As the event grew year on year, the operational complexity behind it grew too — and the tools in place weren't keeping pace.
Having relied on an existing CRM to manage ticketing and communications, the team found themselves working around limitations that were becoming increasingly visible to attendees.
