Communicate Smarter: Enhance Your Email Templates with CC & BCC
Easily streamline your communication by learning how to effectively use the CC and BCC fields in your email templates. Adding CC and BCC to Your Emails
To include CC or BCC recipients, you’ll need to either edit an existing email or create a new one and then modify it. These fields are only available during the email editing process.
To add CC and BCC recipients to an existing email template, start by navigating to your list of email templates and click the Edit Template button corresponding to the email you want to modify.
This will open the Email Content Page. On this page, you’ll find fields labelled CC and BCC—enter two different email addresses into each of these fields based on your requirements. After entering the desired email addresses, click Save to update the template.
To verify that everything is functioning correctly, you can click the Send Test Mail button and confirm that the test email is delivered to both CC and BCC recipients.
