Each admin receives a clear email notification after the task assignment, ensuring everyone knows their responsibilities. Friendly reminder emails are also sent before each task due date. Any admin can mark as ‘completed' when a task is done till then it will show ‘pending’.

No more repetitive tasks! Streamline your workflow by bulk assigning tasks. Access the Eventify admin panel and navigate to Sessions>Quick Actions > Bulk Assign Users to Sessions.
You can download the sample template and modify it with your details - user email address, session title, assign user status (Yes/No), etc.
🔔But this bulk assign feature is only available for Private Sessions.
