Linking Certificates to Surveys: Reward Participants with Verified Completion
Easily automate the process of rewarding participants by linking certificates to your surveys. Whether you're using an existing certificate or creating a new one from the Certificates section, you can seamlessly attach it during survey setup. Once the survey is completed by a participant, the selected certificate will be issued instantly—helping you recognize engagement and completion without manual effort.
How to Link Certificates to Surveys for Automatic Participant Rewards
To link a certificate with a survey and ensure participants receive one upon completion, you must first create and publish a certificate. You can create a certificate from the Certificates section or use an existing one if already available. Once your certificate is ready and published, you are set to link it to surveys.
Go to the Survey section and click on Add Event Survey. Begin by entering the necessary information on the Survey Details page, then proceed to the Survey Form page. There, you can either create a new form or skip ahead if not needed.
Next, move to the Survey Settings page, fill in all the required details, and scroll to the Certificate section. Select your desired certificate from the dropdown. Finally, publish the survey. From that point on, every participant who completes the survey will automatically receive the selected certificate.
Change the Certificate Linked to a Survey
To change the certificate linked to an existing survey, go to the Survey section and click the Edit icon next to the survey you want to update. This will open the survey in edit mode. Navigate to the Survey Settings page, scroll down to the Certificate section, and select the new certificate you want to associate with the survey. After making the change, click Publish Survey to save and apply the updated certificate. All future participants will now receive the newly selected certificate upon completion.
