Event managers can now create certificates inside Eventify and send them straight to attendees by email. Design a certificate once, then deliver it to your whole attendee list at once or send it to people individually.
The builder uses a drag-and-drop editor, so you can match fonts, colors, and logos to your event branding. Add attendee names, completion dates, or a custom message so each certificate is specific to the person receiving it. You can also change the certificate size, add your own design elements, include gamification points, and link certificates to specific user groups.
What's new
Automated certificate generation: Certificates are generated from your event data or completion records, so you do not have to build them one by one.
Better design tools: A wider range of templates, fonts, and colors to design certificates that fit your event.
Personalized messages: Add a custom message for each recipient.
Bulk download and distribution: Download certificates in bulk, then send them electronically or print on demand.
Send by email: Select the attendees you want, click "Send Email (number of users selected)", and every certificate is mailed at once. You can also use the "Email" button next to a single attendee to send their certificate on its own.
Already part of the feature
Quick issuance: Award certificates through a straightforward interface.
Customizable templates: Start from a pre-designed template or build your own from scratch.
Secure digital certificates: Issue certificates that can be verified and shared online.
Delete certificates: Remove a template by clicking the delete icon, then confirming in the pop-up window.
Use cases
A few ways event managers are using certificates in Eventify:
Conferences and continuing education: Issue CPD, CME, or CEU certificates to attendees who complete accredited sessions, with completion dates taken from your event data.
Workshops and training programs: Send completion certificates to participants as soon as a course or session ends.
Webinars and virtual events: Email proof of attendance to remote participants without printing or mailing anything.
Awards and recognition events: Send award and recognition certificates to winners and nominees.
Hackathons and competitions: Recognize participants, finalists, and winners with custom certificates.
Academic and student events: Provide participation and achievement certificates for student programs and campus events.
Speaker, sponsor, and volunteer appreciation: Thank the people behind the event with branded certificates of appreciation.
Open the certificate builder in your event dashboard to design your first template, then send it to attendees. If you want a walkthrough first, request a demo and we will show you how it works.
