With the latest update, you now have a convenient feature that allows you to directly copy the form link from the dashboard. You can effortlessly share or upload the form on your website, ensuring easy accessibility for all participants.
Once the form is ready, reviewers can breeze in! They simply log in from the abstract reviewer page using their assigned ID and password. This quick and easy process grants them access to all the assigned submission forms.
The Abstract Responses section, where you'll find a clear overview of all the responses we've received. It's your hub for reviewing, shortlisting, rejecting, and confirming user submissions.
Our responses review system is designed with a nifty Kanban-like concept. It's super intuitive and lets you easily take actions based on the list.
Just a quick note: Only the administrator has the power to shortlist the submissions within the form. They'll have two options:
The Abstract Reviewer feature - a seamless solution for managing reviewers. When you utilize the Abstract Wizard to create a form, you gain access to three options for distributing submissions among reviewers. Let's explore these options:
After selecting Circular or Random Distribution, click "Add New Reviewer." Fill in basic details like email, first name, last name, and set a password.
From the list of available reviewers, you can select the ones you want to assign to this abstract.
Just click on "Save & Add Review Criteria" to keep all those selected assignments safe and move on to the next step of form creation.
In the Abstract Reviewer section, admins can furnish attendees with the abstract link. Upon logging in with their ID and password at the provided URL, they will gain access to their assigned abstract list.
Once reviewers log in, they're all set to dive into action! They can head straight to the "Responses" section, where they'll find their assigned submissions waiting for them.
And here's the best part in the Abstract Management > Response :you’ve got the super handy drag-and-drop feature at your fingertips allowing you to effortlessly organize and manage submissions across various categories.
Unreviewed: This list contains submitted cards awaiting review.
Reviewed: Rejected cards can be re-reviewed like unreviewed ones. Abstracts can also be filtered, searched by name or email, and sorted by rating and submission date.
Shortlisted: Shortlisted cards are ready for onboarding. Choose to Confirm for direct user absorption and send a Welcome email, or Send Ticket for self-registration by the attendee.
Rejected: Rejected cards can be re-reviewed, and abstracts can be filtered, searched, and sorted by various criteria.
